These terms cover the CornerWheel Mac app and this website.
This is a draft for review, not a binding agreement. Downloading the preview does not mean you accept these draft terms.
Using CornerWheel
You may use CornerWheel on Macs you own or are authorized to use, for personal or internal business purposes. Use it lawfully, respect other people’s rights, and do not use the app or website to bypass access controls, spread malicious software, or interfere with someone else’s device.
The preview
The current build requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later. It needs Accessibility access to find and switch windows.
This is a development preview and is not yet notarized by Apple. macOS may block it from opening. Window switching can behave differently across apps, Spaces, and fullscreen modes. Save your work regularly when trying the preview.
Features may change, and there is no promise of a particular release date, support period, or continued availability. The browser demo is an illustration of the app, not a guarantee of identical behavior on every Mac.
Ownership
Using CornerWheel does not transfer ownership of its software or branding. Do not sell the app, remove ownership notices, or present an unofficial or modified copy as an official release without permission.
Third-party names, icons, and other materials belong to their owners. Their use does not imply endorsement. Any rights granted by applicable law or a separate open-source license still apply.
Privacy and permissions
The privacy policy explains local window processing, saved preferences, and website services. You control Accessibility access in macOS System Settings and can stop using the app at any time. Removing it may leave local preferences and system records.
Warranties and responsibility
The preview and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. There is no guarantee that they will be error-free, always available, or compatible with every application.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and contact
Updates will be posted here with a new date and any notice required by law. Operator, public contact, and governing-law details are still being confirmed before these terms are finalized.
